I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Parkwood Exotica Resort! The place is stunning, tranquil, and impeccably kept, offering an ideal escape from the city. The rooms were tidy and cozy, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was very soothing. I would certainly suggest this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful holiday in Alibaug.

I called in advance to check if the hotel is couple friendly, and the rude receptionist responded with "depends, what kind of girl is she?" They even asked us to call our parents to confirm "if your daughter is from a respectable family." Notice they only cared about the woman. Parkwood really needs to hire educated staff.

1. Service is slow you have to keep calling and asking for stuff2. Post 10:30 you cannot even ask for water bottle as nobody picks up3. Serving time closes very punctually at the time given even if a minute passby you cannot order. For instance i requested an omlette just 1 min after the serving deadline with me being present there and eating but was denied as the time was over which is fine. Every place has rules i get it but but then i believe the service should also be as punctual like the rules.4. Asked for an iron on day 1 they said they dont have it. After a few calls finally it arrived. Imagine paying 11k per night and you have no iron5. Post 10:30 nothing is available nobody picks up even for little things like a bottle of water or a slice of lemon. All I'm trying to point out is service and facilities should be at par with the price band. If I'm going to cheaper options definitely i wouldnt expect much.
