Had a great time in pratap mahal palace hotel. Location is great room was clean. We enjoyed holi celebration there. I want to thank specially Sadhana ,Arvind ji , Rajesh ji who ensure all serivece to guest will be great. Ita my daughter's birthday celibration and they mad it great. Special thanka for Front desk manager Mr. Nityanand ji who helped us in every way be it our celwbration foos or any acymtivity my kids wants to play. He ia really a gentalmen and great asswt for Taj. We truly enjoyed the Holi celebrations organized at the hotel.It was a special visit for us as we celebrated my daughter’s birthday, and the team made it absolutely memorable. Average experience for premium rates. There are far better alternatives available in the vicinity.The restaurant staff is great. Food is also above average. Chef is awesome. The outdoor staff like watchmen, doormen are great too.The housekeeping staff isn't well trained at all. The hotel policies are absurd like charging for an extra bed inspite of us clearly booking 2 rooms for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids.Even the management can be better trained and overall barring the restaurant staff and food there is a lot of scope for improvement. The main resort manager, front-desk staff especially. They actually need to inculcate some real empathy and the spirit of welcoming that Rajasthan is known for.It's not pathetic but I've stayed at Ramada there, and Fort Pushkar and they stand out for their stellar attitude and cooperativeness.So overall, neither does it do justice to the Taj label (even though IHCL is an inferior tier) nor does it compare to similarly priced (sometimes lower) alternatives like Ramada, Sarovar portico, fort pushkar, etc.

Compliments to Anshul from the restaurant for his courteous service and ensuring a delightful dining experience.A very special thanks to Chef Hitesh for personally sharing the recipe of the pineapple chaat, which was absolutely flavorful and delicious. I had a truly delightful experience at Pratap Mahal. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by the gorgeous Aravali hills. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. All of them were very helpful, especially Foziya. The VIP darshan of Pushkar was the absolute highlight of my trip and Pandit Ajay Parashar ji did a great job! The live music in the evenings is top quality! Food was good, and for me, personally, the hotel grounds being away from the main city was a bonus. I don’t think I could have had a more comfortable stay in Pushkar. I recommend booking the hotel taxi for safe and comfortable sightseeing, especially after sunset. Overall a great experience!
