We just went for a swim... the front desk staff acted rudely... initially they increased the price, then after a while lowered it back to the real amount. The pool water was extremely salty, even though the property itself was well constructed. Overall, it was a below average experience.

Deceptive Pricing Experience

The experience was awful. They intentionally stopped online bookings, and upon arrival, they asked for a price much higher than the online rate. Even after agreeing to their first quoted price, they raised the room cost again unexpectedly. It seemed like a bait-and-switch to get more money from guests. The pricing was dishonest, and the staff lacked professionalism. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. If you care about honesty, transparency, and fair prices, avoid this resort. There are much better choices in Ajmer.

Disappointing Stay Experience

My experience at Chitvan Hotel & Resort was quite unsatisfactory. The room cleanliness was below what I anticipated, service was sluggish, and the staff did not respond well to our needs. The food quality was not worth the price, and many of the advertised amenities were either missing or in poor condition. Overall, it fell short of my expectations, and I would not stay here again.
