This hotel is at prime location. Located in central Ajmer. Ample space available for car parking. Rooms are neat and clean.Restaurant ambience is very peaceful and good.Food taste is also good and the service is also very good. Mr Chirag served a hot and tasty food. I would recommend this hotel for future and suggest to others also.

Had an excellent stay at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire, Ajmer City. The overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel interiors are beautifully designed and give a premium and elegant feel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a great ambience. The service was excellent ’ the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything, from hospitality to overall maintenance, was impressive. A very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ajmer.

While the hotel was lovely and very clean, some work for upkeep and management needs to be done. Lots of the rooms have issues with the door knobs which seem to not close properly everytime making a constant beeping sound. Also, we visited on a weekend where the staff said the hotel was sold out. However, at breakfast we realised the hotel wasn't equipped to cater to the capacity and items were running out almost an hour before breakfast closing time. It's a very comfortable hotel in terms of interiors and great value for money. However, some attention to detail needs to be given to fix these little issues for a seamless experience for guests.

I along with my group had a wonderful one-day stay at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire Ajmer . The property is extremely clean, well organized, and proper hygiene is maintained at all times. The Buffet Dinner & Breakfast was delicious in Restaurant Named as FLOW. Dinner was very Peaceful.Rooms were spacious, neat, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the stay smooth and pleasant. The overall ambience is calm and relaxing. It is an excellent choice for families, especially those traveling with kids. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ajmer.
