Clean Cosy place. Good location in heart of city with lots of places to visit within 2 kms. Nice rooftop ambience and live music on weekends and Wednesday is great. Staff is courteous. In room service menu offers less variety and is slightly over priced.

Room was good. Service was good but the rules were weird. We wanted to eat late in the night and called room service, they only had dal chawal and they didn’t allow us to order food from Swiggy. I understand outside food wasn’t allowed but it wasn’t any regular time. They also said we can’t bring in fruits in the room to eat. Not very happy with the idea of hotels acting like PGs or college hostels.Also, they kept deactivating the room key everyday and would ask us our room number every time we entered. We had to come down and get the key activated every single day.The room however was quite spacious and good. Everything about the room was good. Just the rules were quite stupid honestly.

This hotel is at prime location. Located in central Ajmer. Ample space available for car parking. Rooms are neat and clean.Restaurant ambience is very peaceful and good.Food taste is also good and the service is also very good. Mr Chirag served a hot and tasty food. I would recommend this hotel for future and suggest to others also.

Had an excellent stay at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire, Ajmer City. The overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel interiors are beautifully designed and give a premium and elegant feel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a great ambience. The service was excellent ’ the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything, from hospitality to overall maintenance, was impressive. A very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ajmer.
