Thanks to the reception person alloted the best view room to usEnjoyed Awesome view from room.Booked the suite room for a night on the name of Vikas KurariyaService was excellent, instead of staying away from common reception area they are available in few minute.Pure veg Breakfast with variety of options.Service 5 starRoom size 5 plus ... Very spacious roomsView from room 5plus .... Excellent paranomic lake viewOverall property look very beautiful with pleasant breeze air and paranomic Lakeview from common area.Only thing we struggled with kettle was not workingWe anyhow managed as we carried a electric pot for baby.Only worst experience isone of executive guided me a washroom near reception area to left corner saying that is for womenBut their was no such sign board mentioned theirNd when I entered it was very dirty and sink has pan spotted patches ,sure it wasn't a women washroomI forgot to ask name of the executive to give complaint because of one or two person misbehavior ,property is facing the negative complaint.Except that unprofessional careless excecutive rest all things was good.For us it was great great experience staying with merwara estateNext time whenever will visit our first preference will b Only Merwara estate.Thank team.

Extremely unprofessional Service from the management Despite having a Confirmation mail from Makemy trip and as well from the hotel management 2months prior then too at the last moment just 6hours before from the check in time the management is asking us to cancel the booking and we are already on our way. Friends kindly note Spending money and then too getting these typical behavior is not acceptable. Caution

I recently stayed at Ajmer Merwara Resort while attending a wedding, and unfortunately, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I faced multiple issues throughout our stay, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware.To begin with, the food quality was very poor and did not feel hygienic at all. Both the in-house kitchen and the outside catering arranged by the resort were equally unsatisfactory. What made it worse was the behavior of some of the staff’several waiters appeared to be under the influence of alcohol while serving food, which was completely unacceptable.The management seemed unaware of the basic condition of their rooms. I stayed in A-Wing, Room 204, and the washroom was in terrible condition. There were no basic amenities such as an iron or clean drinking water. Overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were far below expectations.The event team at the resort was another major concern. They seemed completely unorganized and confused about what needed to be done and when. A person named Jitu and his team, in particular, made the experience even more stressful with their unprofessional behavior. Instead of helping guests, they often argued and behaved rudely, which added unnecessary frustration during what was supposed to be a special family occasion.My entire family shares the same opinion about the poor management, unhygienic conditions, and lack of professionalism throughout the property. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Ajmer Merwara Resort to anyone planning a stay or event here.

Very good location. Very good property. Bathroom accessories not as expected.
