Hotel Ambassador

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel management was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall service was terrible.The room was not clean at all. There were stains all over the bed and around the room, which was completely unacceptable. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor and made the stay very uncomfortable.When we raised this issue with the management and requested a refund, they refused outright and showed no concern or willingness to resolve the problem. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Poor management, poor service, dirty rooms, and no accountability. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The staff is very cooperative and welcoming, making it a truly family-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, and the food is delicious. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating. The terrace area is awesome and adds to the experience. I highly recommend every visitor to stay here at least once when visiting Ajmer. It is conveniently located near the Dargah. Recently visited hotel ambassador located at city centre in Ajmer and my stay experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The moment i reached the staff greeted me with warmth and with professionalism. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, beautifully designed. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly. The food was another highlight. Overall provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury and genuine care.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and even though it is located in a good area, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.At check-in, the staff informed me that my room was upgraded from Standard to Deluxe ’ but only if I gave them a 5-star review. This itself felt very unprofessional and unethical. After entering the so-called Deluxe room, I was shocked by its poor condition.There was no AC control button, and even after repeatedly asking for the remote, no one responded. The TV had no connection, and the bathroom towels were white but covered with black patches. The bed and comforter were of terrible quality, and they provided drinking water in a kettle instead of sealed bottles. When I mentioned that most hotels offer a 2-litre water bottle per day, they said it would be chargeable!The room condition was pathetic ’ paint was peeling off the walls, curtains were literally held together with safety pins, and the entire room smelled of humidity. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and despite asking for a room freshener, nothing was done. The bathroom seat was broken, and the jet spray was completely corroded.Considering the high amount they charged, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I sincerely request the hotel management and stakeholders to stop making fake promises. If you truly want 5-star ratings, start providing service and quality that actually deserves it.
