Very poor service and maintenance. The electricity fluctuated several times, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and stopped working completely the next day, and the TV was too small with no active subscription.The washroom was poorly maintained—the mirror was dirty, the flush had very low pressure, and the door latch was broken. Reception rarely answered calls on the first attempt, and my request regarding removing shoes before entering the room was not handled professionally by the technician.The breakfast was just okay, and the dining area floor was very dirty. The gym was also pathetic, with almost all equipment broken.I was initially inclined to give 1 star, but I am giving 2 stars solely because the person at the entrance was very courteous and humble.Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel seriously needs to improve its maintenance, cleanliness, and service.
The management is pathetic when it comes to maintaining the bottle. They are not even aware. What rooms are having issues. When we reached at the place, the rooms were not functional with the showers were out. The hot water kit was not working. There was dust and mosquitoes and insects, and everything in the rooms were not functioning. Well, it took us one hour to change the room and shift to a better room, which was better and functional, but what I noticed was the Staff did not know how to behave in front of the customers.
Amazing experience, Chef Mr Raj Kumar is a fantastic cook, and Mr Bhoop provided us with outstanding service.
