The food there was terrible the first night we got there. Second night some owner was there so they made the food more better. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful however the location is really deep and takes a lot of time to reach there. The property is nice and the rooms are also very clean. The pool was a bit dirty because of the insects.

We found this last minute deal from this platform for regenta place green leaf mahabhaleshwar for our diwali vacation This location is situation just 25mins away from mahabhaleshwar market.Location is superb with valley view rooms. Very serene and quite with abundance of fresh cold air entering our room, no pollution at all nor noise.We stayed in deluxe room.Rooms are spacious with valley view balcony.Bathroom area is also quite spacious.Breakfast spread-out is also good.Support staff are very courteous and helpful.Verg peaceful place for perfect stay.Their lunch n dinner a-la-carte rates are very reasonable and food quality n quantity is both super.A Must stay at this property of Regenta orchid chain of hotel.only request to hotel management is to make some space for kids n children's play area for indoor or outdoor. And outdoor box 🏏 Cricket/ other sport turf court for adults to spend more day time in resort and enjoy your service 😀

I rarely write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my feedback so others can make an informed decision.## The Critical Issues**Severely Overpriced for What You Get** I paid approximately 13,500 for one night in an "executive" room for 3 people. The room was the same standard size you'd find in a basic hotel costing 1,500 per night. Looking back, I wouldn't pay more than 6,000 for this room. Over two days, we spent nearly 27,000 for what turned out to be a very disappointing experience.**Room Quality Below Standards** - Paint was peeling off the walls (photos attached)- Despite the premium price, we were given a room with NO mountain view - the window literally faced a wall- The resort mentioned a "private garden" as compensation, but it was uncovered and unusable due to rain- No proper work desk or chair in a room marketed as "executive" - essential for anyone needing to work remotely**Major Connectivity & Infrastructure Problems** - Zero mobile network coverage throughout the entire campus (Jio network)- The last 600 meters of road leading to the resort is in broken condition- Located 30+ minutes away from Mahabaleshwar market and all major viewpoints**Subpar Dining Experience** The breakfast was extremely limited in variety for a property claiming to be a 4-star resort. They didn't even have enough tables - we had to share our table with a large group because all tables were occupied. I've had significantly better breakfast experiences at hotels costing 4,000 per night.The ImpactI had planned for my parents to relax at the resort while I attended a few work meetings. However, the tiny room size, complete lack of scenic views, shared balcony space (meant for two front rooms), and no mobile connectivity made this impossible. We ended up using the resort merely as a place to sleep and spent our time exploring sightseeing spots instead - defeating the entire purpose of booking a resort stay.The Only Positives- Room service was prompt and timely- The valley view from the front of the resort is genuinely beautifulFinal VerdictThis resort is a classic case of overpromising and underdelivering. For the price point they're charging, the experience should have been exceptional. Instead, it was barely adequate. I strongly recommend researching alternative options in the area before booking here. There are certainly better value-for-money properties available in Mahabaleshwar.
