Don't book this hotel for parties or any other events.’I had finalized everything with the hotel manager. We had confirmed the food menu and paid the advance money for the booking. A few days later, I called them to discuss the decoration, but their manager claimed they had no record of my booking.’When I visited the hotel, the manager asked me to provide a booking receipt. I then showed them the proof of my booking. After seeing the proof, they admitted to it.’Following this, they told me they could not provide the menu that was previously agreed upon. They cut my finalized food menu in half and increased the price from the originally final payment amount,because they know only few days left for party and its going to be difficult to find new venue for party but i still demanded a refund of my booking amount, they flatly refused.’Further more, on the day of the party, their service was extremely poor. The guests arrived at the scheduled time, but the hotel had made absolutely no preparations. The food service started an hour late, and even then, the quantity was drastically short. Guests had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just for food to be refilled. They completely ruined my entire party, my money, and my special day. Despite all of this mismanagement, at the end of the event, their staff started demanding extra payment from me as a tip.I still don't get it after very very poor service,why they are expecting money form me,for what.

Say date 25-26/4/26 Totally Disappointing. As Per their Charges Service is very Poor and AC's wasnt working as we waited for approx 75 minutes and keep calling but no one picked calls on reception after visiting reception 3-4 times then they changed our room but same condition again AC wasnt working properly & their behaviour was very rude. Total Waste of money.

This was a very bad hotel experience. There were mouses inside our room, and no proper action was taken by the staff. The mouses even ate our food and damaged my wife’s expensive clothes, which is highly unacceptable.We also noticed insects near the breakfast buffet area. The pastries kept at the entrance were lying there for many days, showing very poor hygiene and maintenance.In the corridors, food is often left on the floor and not cleaned in time, which clearly leads to more mouses coming. When we informed the staff about these issues, they said they are too busy and did not handle the situation properly.We requested them politely to compensate our stay, but no action was taken from their side.For us, this was the final point, paying full amount for a hotel with mouses is not acceptable at all.Kindly do not visit this hotel.

I went for evening snacks and found the experience very surprising. The waiters do not know what they serve and tried to charge 70% more by entering the dish I did not eat. After confrontation they started doing bla bla. I think this is the normal paractice there. I ordered Amritsari fish fry and got one. But they were trying to charge some other more expensive fish.

Service was great.Also, Food at restaurant is very tastier.At Front Desk Manjot kaur serves us in a very good manner. I will recommend to everyone to stay with this chain.
