Very well maintained property, concept is amazing
1) the electricity in our room got cut at least 10 times on a stormy night, and we were made to shift to a different room at 1 AM during heavy rain. The staff tried to put the blame on us stating we might not have inserted the card properly, but had to agree when the power got cut 5 times in his presence. 2) extremely limited food options. Their kitchen staff calls you to ask if you are going to eat because it apparently takes an hour for them to cook. Considering this place is 12 kms from the nearest decent food joint, they should have good kitchen, but unfortunately that's not the case. Buffet breakfast is real disaster. Just order paratha and have. Their buffet breakfast is bad.3) except youtube nothing works on TV. You will have to use your own subscription to watch something on TV. 4) all staff including the MD are very good. Except their front desk manager named Anil. He is unempathetic and indifferent towards guests. He is an untrained person with zero personal skills and Emotional Quotient.4) this place is 12 kms away from nearest food joint and 9 kms away from nearest liquor joint. So come prepared, because you can't keep travelling 18 kms for every need
The hotel's concept is nice but staff is from village who doesn't understand even basic stuff. It was a constantstrugfle to communicate even though I knew the basic words. Food is far below average, even South Indian breakfast sucks which is sad being in Mysuru itself. We drive down 45 min one side just to have food.
