Superb location, superb hospitality, they recharged the sports channel on my kids request, great place for kids activities within resorts, All the staffs have been amazing right from house keeping, cleaning , front office. Ms.Athira has been extremely helpful along with Mr Pasha in attending all our request and making it beautiful stay
It's an old resort and everything there is old and dilapidated. Inattentive staff. Overall, not a stay i would recommend to anyone!
Firstly I would like to the thank all the staff at windflower, thoughtful hospitality. Extremely conscious about guest convenience. The resort as a whole looks great with lovely landscape, lush pathways, serne setting. The cottage as a whole was what was disappointing. May be was nice when was new but overtime has depreciated evidently. A few pointers : 1. Bathroom door doesn't close fully due to some renovation and the moisture and odour flows all the way into the bedroom2. The bed creaks so badly that we ended waking up the other person on the bed when getting on and off. 3. The floors are warpy4. The deck area the external wall wood bark cladding all fallen off just let's one down after feeling good about the place and you step out5. The sanitaryware extremely outdated and worn out for your price point and water pressure in the shower was awful. No point having a large bathroom and poor water pressure with worn down fittings. 6. Lastly the breakfast was pretty average and to my bad both times I ordered scrambled egg, specifically a bit runny, they served hard curdled ones. Overall expected better.
