This property is at the best location to enjoy and come close to nature. but it really need deep cleaning. washroom were smelly, restaurant should be kept clean at all time especially open one. Provide few chairs in garden near river, they have good quantity of lighting but it should be used efficiently.

There is no lift, no parking and not possible to coordinate with vehicle for luggage handling. Due to that we couldn’t find it comfortable.140 appx stairs all very high risers (10-12”) were there and staff was also exploited by hotel management as every time the service was not comfortable to them also.Reception was rude as they insisted to vacate the room in morning at 10-11am. Breakfast time was only 1 hr 9-10am.Overall it was okay.

We stayed at Riverline Gold Resort, Rishikesh, for one day, and overall it was a good experience.The best thing about the resort is its location. The views are beautiful, with the mountains and river around you, which makes the stay quite peaceful and enjoyable. The resort itself is decent and comfortable for a short stay. The staff was helpful and cooperative, and the food was also good.One area that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness. We noticed that after some guests had eaten and left their tables, the used food and dishes were still there around 9–10 AM the next morning. This does not give a very good impression, especially in such a beautiful location. Regular and timely cleaning of the common areas would make the overall experience much better.Overall, for a one-day stay, we had a good experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the resort could be even better.
