Very disappointing stay. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the only option offered was poha, which was not even edible. Room cleanliness was extremely poor. The kettle had a terrible smell, while the bedsheets and pillows had multiple stains and an unpleasant odour. Overall, the hygiene and housekeeping standards were very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1/5Booked through Agoda for two nights. Almost nothing in the listing exists at the property.No parking whatsoever. Not for cars, not for bikes — despite parking being advertised. I rode up from Delhi and had to leave my motorcycle on the open road for two nights.Also advertised and non-existent: fitness centre, game room, board games, buffet breakfast (it's a slow à-la-carte counter with a tiny menu). The King Suite is listed with slippers, comforter, iron and fridge — none of it was in the room. No toiletries, no dental kit. Cobwebs in the room.The staircase is covered in green mould and is the only way up with luggage. I slipped and hurt myself on it twice. That is an injury waiting to happen to someone less lucky.I was not given room keys on day one. No security for my belongings, no privacy.Other guests played loud music till around midnight and staff would not intervene. The property is run by two managers on alternating shifts with zero handover — whatever one agrees to, the other has never heard of.With the place nearly empty, they refused to move me to another room. When I offered to pay for an upgrade, I was asked for ~1,200 in cash directly to the manager, with no receipt or invoice. I declined.Pool poorly maintained. Restaurant and kitchen not properly cooled.If secure parking, a working lock, or basic hygiene matter to you, book elsewhere in Rishikesh — there is no shortage of options.

Terrible stay! I booked for two nights via Agoda, but almost nothing advertised was actually available. There was no parking at all, neither for cars nor bikes, even though parking was listed.
