One of the most pathetic properties on goa.They don't have proper parking, main entrance to this hotel is too hectic and narrow lane and roads are completely damagedI got the bigger cottage, they had big glass windows and transparent curtains with 0 privacyThey dont have light in premises it looks like haunted and straight from horror movie.Most importantly they shut the AC between 1am to 9am - god knows whyThere's no staff available at the property from 9pm to 8am. So if you need anything or if there's any problem you cant do anything about it until next morningDo not book this property at any cost

This is one of the worst places in Goa. Parking is inadequate, the main entrance is chaotic with a narrow lane, and the roads are in terrible condition. I stayed in the larger cottage, which had big glass windows and see-through curtains, offering no privacy. The property is poorly lit, giving it a spooky, horror movie vibe. The AC is turned off from 1am to 9am for reasons unknown. There is no staff available on-site from 9pm to 8am, so if you have any issues during that time, you are on your own until morning. Avoid booking this place at all costs.

Have been to rock bite multiples times in December Christmas times ’ this is a well maintained place which is beach facing. This is worth the money you Pay for . Choose for wooden cottages if you are going with family and kids .
