I had a wonderful stay at Royal Hotel Heritage.Fooding: The restaurant serves an excellent mix of traditional Indian dishes and continental options. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread was especially impressive.Hospitality: The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I must applaud the way this property has been built’it is truly beautiful. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the bathrooms are equally large, fitted with high-quality fixtures that give the entire property a premium feel. We had a very comfortable stay. The food at Triveni was excellent, and the service there was equally commendable.That said, I did notice some early signs of wear and tear. Addressing these proactively will help preserve the property’s premium appeal and prevent it from looking run-down over time. Maintaining guest standards is equally important. For instance, I noticed some guests entering the swimming pool without appropriate swimwear, which takes away from the overall experience and hygiene standards.The one area that needs significant improvement is the front desk. The team would benefit from professional hospitality training. Unfortunately, the interactions lacked warmth, enthusiasm, and even basic courtesy. Instead of making guests feel welcome, the experience gave the impression that we were inconveniencing them by staying at the property. A more guest-centric and engaging approach would go a long way in matching the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Distance wise, It is too far from the main Ayodhya temple. The ac does not work at all and the service does not care about you. I tried calling the reception because my room ac did not work as the room was very hot. The service did not reach out until midnight. When the room finally became little cold, and I was having a decent sleep, the service came. This is very unacceptable. The power went on and off every minute or so. There was not a single power out in Ayodhya, but the hotel always had a power outage.I was trying to get to my room and I got stuck in the elevator due to power outage. Not a single service did anything about it. Lastly, there was water with kess pressure and I was trying to take a shower and the water went out mid shower. I call at the reception to check on water, and guess there was no one at the reception.At the time of checkout I had complained all of my points to the service and they came up with unacceptable excuses.The hallways did not have ventilation and it was as humid and hot as outside. I come back to the hotel feeling tired from the heat and humidity outside and as a guest, I do not want my hotel that I am staying at feeling like sauna. I would want my hotel feeling cold and refreshing. The food was okay. Otherwise, the service was not okay and the quality of the hotel is cheap. The ac and the power often went on and off, resulting in poor ventilation and often got locked out, and the service was not available on time.It was not only us, please check with people stayed on 19/Jun/2026 night, and also who checkin on 20th, there were many people complaining the same issues.
