Visited Royal Reve Hotel for a buffet lunch. Prime location in Secunderabad, very convenient to reach. The ambience is decent and the dining area is clean and well maintained.The buffet spread was good with tasty food and enough variety. Service was generally fine, though it can slow down a bit during peak hours.Overall, a reliable mid-range option for a buffet meal’good food, good location, and value for money.

Room service is very poor. Once given order, they bring items, then ask for bowl then they bring bouls. When want to serve, no serving spoon. Then call for service spoon till this become 25 minutes and Dal and beg curry become cold. This is the condition of poor service.

Disappointing Hygiene Issue

I am from USA and travel to multiple different countries and stayed in different types of hotels and rooms all over the world... so that you know..This is my first time in India and my expectation was not high. Thats the reason for 3 stars.. if this was in USA, it would be 1 star for sure... I stayed from 2/2 to 2/9th of 2026.This place is infested with roaches... I stayed on 5th floor(#515) and I find roaches everyday. The window does not shut completely for some reason.They do have continental breakfast and it is pretty good food but I can see roaches crawling right next to food as I am approaching the food counters.However, this was one of the better hotels that I could've found in this general area.This area is generally old and buildings are old as well..Services are good, if I ask for somethings like towel and water, they bring it within few minutes. Hot water from shower is good..Considering where this hotel is located, its one of the better ones but they could do better in my opinion..

Retro but Clean Stay

Decent rooms but very old furniture, gives a retro vibe. Well maintained and cleaned properly.Has mini fridge, safe, Shoe rack, wardrobe and study table.Mattress is little firm, linen is average.Location is best.
