We had great experience with Hotel Royal Reve. I have visited with my family, Staff is very coooerative and service is also very good.|Hotel rooms are very specious and rooms are neat and clean.|Over all we as a family has a very good experience. ’’

I had been regularly staying in this Hotel for last more than 7 years (whenever I used to visit to Secunderabad for meetings), however of late the overall quality of Hotel Maintenance and Service is getting poorer and poorer. Just to give some glimpses: -1) The water is not draining properly in the bathroom and it becomes a pool when you take a bath2) When I ordered 2 bread slices/toast in the Breakfast, after 15 mins the bloody chap brought one toasted bread (!!!). I do not know what kind of understanding people working here have3) I ordered some Veg kabab in the evening and the person brought them without any condiments eg Sauce or Chutney etc and when I questioned him, he said I will immediately bring the same, however again took 10 mins, and by that time the kabab's have become cold and stale.4) The AC is not working effectively in Room as well as Restaurant.I have shared my experiences of today. The readers will have to make their own choices and decisions.

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had.The chicken starter was half-cooked.Fish fingers were simply deep-fried boiled fish, lacking flavor and texture.In the mutton dum biryani, the mutton was raw.We were a group of 25 people for the buffet, and most of us had the same complaints.Additionally, I requested a finger bowl three times from three different staff members, but never received it. I eventually had to wash my hands outside.Overall, this was highly disappointing, both in terms of food quality and service.

Totally upset .. managing staff not cooperating’ we came with great excitement but couldn’t even get table comfortable for our family.The manager is very rude. Side tables are not provided without advance reservation.We are food lovers from punjab but missed the atmosphere which was to be expected

Yesterday evening, we hosted a Memorial service for our parents in law at hotel Royal Reve, Secunderabad. The food was beyond our expectations and all guests enjoyed the sumptuous spread. The ambience was spot on. It’s centrally located and accessible easily from all corners of the city. It is priced also reasonably. The hotel authorities were kind enough to give us a complimentary room for changing. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and would suggest it to anyone looking for a great place to have a small party.
