Disappointing Stay Experience

This is the worst 3-star hotel I've stayed at so far. The receptionists were very harsh and rude, and they don't seem to know how to treat customers properly. I suggest the hotel management train them on proper behavior. Also, they charge 1,000 for early check-in, which feels like a total scam. I already booked a hotel costing 9,000 for 2 days, and this place is completely not worth the price. You could stay in regular hotels for this amount.

This hotel is fantastic, located close to tourist attractions. It is well kept and surrounded by good places to eat. The highlight is that the metro station is just a short walk away.
