Check in and check out is smooth, restaurant service needs to be improved, breakfast menu also needs to be changed as same cuisine is served everyday
The Hotel in Jaisalmer was perfect. We stayed for two nights and it was very good. The hotel was very quite and if you needed something, help was quickly on your side. Breakfast was very good and if something was missing, there made it and bring it to you in person. The outside area with the pool was beautiful, you can relax in the garden or just by the pool. Only one thing was not so nice, there are so many pigeons and there all want to drink from the pool. Its not so nice.

Couple • May 2026I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all’the floor was dirty and even the bedsheet was not properly maintained. Basic amenities were missing; there was no shampoo provided, and the TV remote was not working.One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. The staff mentioned that due to hot weather and off-season, they do not operate the boiler, which is unacceptable as hot water should be a basic facility regardless of season.The swimming pool was also unclean, making it unusable. The food quality was extremely poor’the bread served was not fresh, and overall the meals were disappointing.We had originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to this unpleasant experience, we checked out after just one night. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.
