The starters are good, but the main course is not good at all.

The Hotel in Jaisalmer was perfect. We stayed for two nights and it was very good. The hotel was very quite and if you needed something, help was quickly on your side. Breakfast was very good and if something was missing, there made it and bring it to you in person. The outside area with the pool was beautiful, you can relax in the garden or just by the pool. Only one thing was not so nice, there are so many pigeons and there all want to drink from the pool. Its not so nice.

The hotel in Jaisalmer was excellent. We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very quiet, and whenever you needed assistance, help was promptly available. The breakfast was delicious, and if anything was missing, they would prepare it and personally bring it to you. The outdoor area with the pool was lovely, offering a relaxing garden or poolside setting. The only downside was the large number of pigeons, all wanting to drink from the pool, which was a bit unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Sarovar Portico in Jaisalmer and had a somewhat mixed experience overall. The hotel's location is fairly convenient but not particularly scenic or near major attractions, so having transport is advisable. The rooms were clean and well-kept, which was a positive aspect. The beds were comfortable and basic necessities were provided, though the bathrooms felt average and could benefit from better maintenance and upgrades. The accommodation was adequate but not outstanding; while essentials were available, many extra toiletries needed to be requested, which slightly impacted convenience. A standout feature was the well-maintained swimming pool, offering a nice place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was acceptable but limited in variety, covering the basics but lacking the range expected at this level of hotel. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a clean, comfortable stay with a good pool, though improvements could be made in amenities, bathroom quality, and dining options.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all’the floor was dirty and even the bedsheet was not properly maintained. Basic amenities were missing; there was no shampoo provided, and the TV remote was not working.One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. The staff mentioned that due to hot weather and off-season, they do not operate the boiler, which is unacceptable as hot water should be a basic facility regardless of season.The swimming pool was also unclean, making it unusable. The food quality was extremely poor’the bread served was not fresh, and overall the meals were disappointing.We had originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to this unpleasant experience, we checked out after just one night. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.
