This is something I would strongly urge Mr. Mohammed Umer, the manager, to take seriously. We booked three rooms for a family stay, and the issues began immediately upon check-in. The bathrooms in rooms #107 and #108 were unclean, and despite raising the concern, it took three separate follow-ups at reception before anyone attended to it. The overall hygiene was unacceptable, with even the napkins provided being stained and clearly not fit for use.After repeated complaints, we were shifted to room #110, but this change offered no relief. The overhead shower was leaking badly, rendering the bathroom unusable. Across all rooms, the hot water supply was erratic and unsafe, with sudden bursts of extremely hot water and no proper temperature control. This is not just inconvenient but also a serious safety concern.We were then shifted again to rooms on the second floor (#204, #205, #206) under the pretext of an “upgrade.” However, in reality, these rooms were no better and were equally filled with issues. One room had no fan, while another had a malfunctioning central AC with the temperature stuck at 27°C, and no effective resolution was provided by maintenance.The next morning, the breakfast experience reflected the same lack of standards. The coffee machine was not working, and the staff’s response — “Jo hai, wohi hai” — was dismissive and unprofessional. In fact, the staff appeared completely untrained in basic hospitality practices, which is unacceptable for a property that markets itself as a 3-star hotel.
