Even though I stayed at the property during the off-season, my overall experience was positive. The rooms were elegant and the services met expectations. Every staff member was courteous and eager to assist us in any way. I especially want to thank 'Ayan' for handling all room service requests efficiently and providing excellent Evening-Tea. I also appreciate the warm hospitality from 'Tika' and 'Subodh's' team in the restaurant. If you're visiting Jaisalmer, this hotel is certainly worth considering.

It’s a beautiful property with a peaceful ambiance and elegant architecture that perfectly complements the charm of Jaisalmer.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also got a really good deal on our booking, which made the stay even more worthwhile. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.The breakfast at the restaurant was enjoyable. While the spread was a little limited compared to some luxury hotels, everything we tried was fresh and tasty, so we had no complaints about the quality.One area where I feel there’s room for improvement is the desert safari package booked through the hotel’s travel desk. The hotel staff was helpful in arranging it, and I understand they work with local operators, but since guests are booking through a luxury hotel, the overall experience should reflect that standard.The package included a Gypsy ride, camel ride, welcome drink, cultural program, and dinner. Unfortunately, the Gypsy ride didn’t feel very safe. The driver was driving quite rashly and was frequently talking on his phone while driving with one hand. Even if he was experienced, it didn’t inspire confidence, especially for first-time visitors. Thankfully, nothing went wrong, but safety should never be left to chance. The rain also affected the overall experience that day, but I still believe the hotel could partner with more professional operators who provide a safer and more premium experience.Overall, Storii by ITC is a lovely property with excellent hospitality, clean rooms, and good food. I would happily stay here again, but I hope they review the quality and safety standards of the experiences they recommend through their travel desk.
