Hotel Heritage House

We traveled from Kerala and visited Jaisalmer for the first time. The hotel is beautifully kept, reflecting the traditional haveli style. The rooms were tidy and well-kept, and the bathrooms were spotless. The standout feature was the staff's hospitality, which was outstanding and likely the best we've encountered in 12 years of staying at hotels. They were very polite and supportive during our entire stay. They also helped us get an auto-rickshaw at a fair price to go back to Jaisalmer Railway Station.

Hotel Heritage House truly represented the warmth of Jaisalmer hospitality. Although we only stayed for a day, it became one of the most unforgettable days of our lives. As a family of three, the staff made us feel right at home. Even after we checked out, they safely stored our luggage. Many hotels hesitate to do this, but the team at Hotel Heritage House was very accommodating. They also offered us tea to make us comfortable and helped arrange a cab to the railway station, which was a great help since we were traveling with our 7-year-old daughter. We will definitely choose Hotel Heritage House again if we return to Jaisalmer. Best wishes from Kerala 😍

Service is good. The staff are courteous. If you prefer only vegetarian food, you have to eat outside. The rooms are nice. Room service is very good.
