**Very Disappointing Stay ’ Poor Service and Basic Facilities**My experience at Hotel Prince, Jaisalmer, was extremely disappointing. I expected a comfortable stay and decent hospitality, but unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. The hotel needs serious improvement in terms of basic facilities, room maintenance, and customer service.The biggest problem was the **bathroom**. The bathroom was not maintained properly, and we faced problems with the water supply. At times, there was **no water available**, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when we needed to get ready or use the bathroom. For a hotel, uninterrupted water supply should be one of the most basic facilities, and this issue made our stay very uncomfortable.The **room service was also very poor**. Whenever we needed assistance, getting a response was difficult, and the service was not prompt. We had to repeatedly follow up for basic requests. The staff did not seem very concerned about resolving the problems faced by guests.Another frustrating issue was the **light bulb in the room**. The light could not be properly switched off at night, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. This is a simple maintenance problem that should have been fixed before the room was given to a guest. Having to deal with a light that remains on at night is extremely irritating when you are already tired after travelling.Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of service or comfort that I expected. The combination of **water problems, bathroom issues, poor room service, and basic electrical/maintenance problems** made the stay unnecessarily stressful.Jaisalmer is a beautiful destination with many visitors coming for a relaxing holiday, but problems like these can seriously affect the overall travel experience. I hope the management takes genuine steps to improve housekeeping, maintenance, water availability, room service, and staff responsiveness.Based on my experience, I would **not recommend Hotel Prince, Jaisalmer** unless these issues are properly addressed. The hotel management should take guest complaints seriously and ensure that basic facilities are working properly before assigning rooms to customers.

Choosing Hotel Prince @ Hanuman Circle for our family vacation was a wise decision. The cozy rooms were worth the price, and its location made it easy to visit nearby sights. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant served tasty food after a day full of exploring.
