Absolutely loved the stay. The rooms felt luxurious with a true king-size vibe, extremely clean, and beautifully maintained. The washrooms were premium and spotless, which honestly makes all the difference. The staff was warm, professional, and very attentive throughout the stay. A place that feels classy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Would happily stay again.

Although it was a short stay, the room quality made a lasting impression.The Highlights:Premium Double Deluxe Room: The room was incredibly spacious and felt high-end. The highlight was definitely the sleeping/seating facility built right beside the window’it was a perfect spot to relax and gave the room a very premium, boutique vibe.Aesthetics: The overall design and comfort of the room were top-notch.### Areas for Improvement:- Value for Money (Breakfast): Despite the room rate being ’10K+, I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included. Furthermore, the breakfast spread itself had very limited options. For this price point, a more comprehensive buffet is expected.- Sound Insulation: The rooms aren't fully soundproof, so you can occasionally hear activity from the hallway or adjacent rooms.Verdict:If you value room design and space, the Double Deluxe here is excellent. Just be prepared to head out for a more diverse breakfast!

Wanted to thank Mr. Maru who is also the owner of the property and was the same person responding and guiding us with all the booking queries.The owner and staff everyone at the property made us felt welcomed and responded with smile anytime we needed help.The room and washroom were clean and well maintained. The decore of the room was very pintresty.The food was also good and budget friendly.The roof top is the best part - morning you can enjoy the sun rise and evening the beautiful fort.Overall it was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the property.

I stayed at Hotel Helsinki House during my recent trip to Jaisalmer and overall, it was a pleasant experience.’’ Rooms:The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a stunning interior that gives a heritage yet modern feel. The comfort level was really good.’’ Washroom:I had booked two rooms, and one of the washrooms had an issue with odor. Although I reported it twice and the hotel staff responded immediately and cleaned it both times, the problem returned during the night. This was the only major inconvenience during the stay.’’ Amenities & Convenience:There is no lift in the hotel, and the dining area is located on the third floor, so elderly guests or those with mobility issues may find it inconvenient.’’ Food:The food served was delicious. I tried both dinner and breakfast, and the taste was consistently good. Breakfast is served by order and not buffet-style.’’ Staff Behavior:The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and prompt. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.A great hotel with aesthetically beautiful rooms, great food, and amazing staff. If the washroom issue gets resolved and a lift is added in future, it will be close to perfect. Suitable for travelers looking for a comfortable stay with good service and tasty food.
