Sky Desert Safari Camp Jaisalmer

The site was totally under construction with bricks scattered all over, and when I inquired, the owner just said the rooms are usable, which was laughable. These camps in the Sam area shamelessly try to scam you in every way. They advertise a free camel ride but then charge 1500 for a jeep safari that supposedly covers 3 deserts, but really just shows 3 tiny sand patches for a few seconds each. The camel ride is just a loop around the area with many other people. Overall, a terrible experience.

Our time at Sky Desert Camp in Jaisalmer was unforgettable. Right from arrival, the team welcomed us warmly and provided attentive care. The staff consistently ensured our comfort, which greatly enhanced our stay. The camp featured a charming desert atmosphere, with clean, well-kept tents that combined comfort with authenticity. We enjoyed the evening cultural show, and the food was tasty with a nice selection. The hospitality was the highlight—everyone was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. This made our visit even more special and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Sky Desert Camp to anyone seeking a peaceful and pleasant desert getaway in Jaisalmer.

Our time at this desert camp in Jaisalmer was fantastic. Everything was well planned, from the cultural shows to the meals and desert activities. The best part of our trip was definitely the friendly hospitality. Special thanks to Mohammad Bhaiya, who did everything possible to ensure our comfort. He was बेहद helpful, always there, and handled every little thing with a smile. His courteous attitude and commitment made our stay feel special and unforgettable. The tents were tidy, the setting was calm, and the whole experience was truly worthwhile. I highly suggest this place to anyone visiting Jaisalmer, especially because of the wonderful care from Mohammad Bhaiya!

The best part was our guide, Mr. Mohabbat's hospitality. He took care each of our small small requirements. The stay was peaceful. Jeep Safari, Quad biking, camel ride were great

My experience at Sky Desert Safari Camp Jaisalmer was very disappointing. I reserved a desert tour at check-in for ₹10,810 and was assured card payments were accepted. However, their card machine was not working. Instead of being honest, they took me to several gas stations, including one deep in the desert, trying to find a place where my international card would be accepted. After nearly two hours of back and forth, no machine worked with my card. This ruined my day and forced me to cancel everything. To make things worse, they still charged me ₹1,000 for transportation that was only used to solve their payment problem. This disorganization and lack of honesty is unacceptable. If card payments are not accepted, guests should be informed upfront, not taken on a wild goose chase wasting their time. I had to find another hotel at the last minute, making this one of the most frustrating travel experiences I've had. I strongly recommend others avoid this place, especially if you depend on card payments.
