Staying at Hotel Raj Mandir was an experience in itself. Located inside the iconic Jaisalmer Fort, it is truly special as this is the only living fort in India where people still reside. Being able to stay within the fort walls adds a unique charm and a deep sense of history to the visit.We stayed in the Super Deluxe Room, which offered a breathtaking view of the city from atop the fort. The room was beautifully and aesthetically maintained, making you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time, living the way people did hundreds of years ago. At the same time, it was spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with antique pieces, striking a perfect balance between heritage and comfort.The rooftop lounge is another highlight’offering a spectacular sunrise view, especially while enjoying breakfast. It’s the kind of place where someone like me could easily spend the entire day, simply soaking in the views and the serene atmosphere.A special mention to Mr. Deepu, who was a wonderful host. He guided us with great care, helped plan and arrange all our tours, and ensured everything was handled seamlessly. His hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.Hotel Raj Mandir is not just a place to stay’it’s a memorable heritage experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.

Staying in the historic Jaisalmer Fort truly felt special! I loved the cozy rooms and the breathtaking views. Deepu Ji and Iran were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Being inside the fort was a unique experience, and we enjoyed delicious lunch and dinner from various nearby restaurants, each offering stunning views of the fort. The peaceful and serene atmosphere of this beautiful golden city is truly unforgettable.’’

Staying inside Sonar Kella was truly a dream come true. I’m really happy that this stay added so many beautiful moments to my overall experience. The place was clean, well maintained, and hygiene was taken care of perfectly. Its location inside the fort makes everything feel close and immersive, offering a real heritage experience. I must especially mention the owner’his guidance was extremely helpful and ensured we experienced everything the right way. An amazing place that I would highly recommend!

The hotel is at an amazing location within the fort. It hugs the fort wall and offers a beautiful view of the city and sunrise. The rooms were very spacious, had all the basic and luxury amenities, and had a nice heritage feel to them. But the best part was the hospitality we received. Deepu bhaiya especially was incredibly helpful with all his recommendations for places and dining options, and he went out of his way to help us throughout our stay. He even took care of all our transport arrangements. The best thing about Rajmandir Hotel is that you feel like you’re staying with family. Highly recommend.

View was speechless. Service and hospitality was perfect. If i ever travel to jaisalmer again, would book it again surely. Washrooms were clean and were not smelly at all. Hot water was coming instantly. Rooms were Decorated with old and antique stuff, which was very beautiful.
