It’s a palace converted into a hotel. Loved the vibe, location , rooms, staff and everything. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was great and provided a satisfactory experience. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made to enhance the experience for future customers.1. Upon arrival, the reception staff was not adequately staffed to accommodate the arrival of 10 guests.2. Unlike luxury hotels, the hotel did not provide a formal welcome greeting to guests.3. The individual who answered the phone from the room greeted guests with a casual ’hello,’ as if they had called a random number. Proper training should be provided to ensure that guests receive a more professional greeting.4. The buffet dinner on the first day was delayed by approximately 45 minutes from the time we were informed. While dinner time was unusually late, the delay was further extended. We, as a group of 10 guests, waited for an hour. Despite the delay, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service during dinner and breakfast.5. Guests were unable to use the pool due to the droppings of pigeons. While the pool is visually appealing, swimming with the presence of pigeons is not advisable. This should be advertised as such or action should be taken to clean up.
