I booked this room late night as my previous booked hotel was unavailable last minute !!Parking was a challenge then however it was arranged!thanks to staffsThe room was not up to the mark as the bed /pillow covers looked dirty & was not clean . We had booked two rooms One room Ac was working but not sufficient to set the room temperature and fan was not working!Another room A/c was working but my husband called it a dj ac as the loud sounds kept coming the whole night. Next part is the bathroom which was not clean! One bathroom no water facility as the taps were all broken Hot water facility was supported in one room only But when we complained the staffs they agreed to change the room for next night as we had booked and payment was done through Agoda already!Next day they gave us a room ! The room looked pretty clean but one room had big noise of ac and washrooms was not up to the mark!One washroom had broken taps , leaking sink waste etc. But the room was for 900/- per day hence it was reasonable but facilities failed !Brush / soap/ paste was not provided!But I appreciate that the staffs understood our complaint and did the needful!Location is convinient as it’s near to Mysore pals
