Rooms are very neatly maintenaned and service is very good.Equally good is the resturant and food items.Mysore masala dosa is excellent, guests must taste it.

Excellent location(near to palace) and very nice stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a good atmosphere. I really enjoyed staying here.I have stayed at this hotel three times, and every time the service was very good. The staff are helpful and polite.Parking space is not big, but it is manageable. Overall, a good experience.

Pathetic hospitality..1.Even after booking executive room for 2 adults and 2 kids, bed provided was very small that we had to order for extra mattress.2. Rooms were booked with complementary breakfast and unlike other hotels buffet breakfast was not available and we were asked to sit in restraint area and order food of choice ( whatever falls under limited category ) and they themselves provided one litre water bottle. After having breakfast they charged 20 rs for water bottle. Why man? We have been staying in various hotels having complementary breakfast and they provide water along with it. 4 adults +3 kids, will we not drink water or what? Pathetic it was3. Wifi was limited to one mobile in one room why? And that too with damn weak signal strength .4. No toiletries were provided.Think 1000 times before booking this hotel. And if u r like me who is booking trip through MMT then ask them with alternative.

Location was not up to Mark and we paid around ’2400 for the deluxe room but the Room turned out to be around ’800 something. The facilities are not good.Even I requested a toothbrush and paste in morning. They said they don’t have toiletries available after paying ’2400 and calling themselves 3 star . They don’t even have basic toiletries available.
