The most disappointing experience ever. The hotel was unclean and smelled terrible. Dirty bathrooms, broken fittings and used bedsheets. I was traveling with my family and had to leave immediately as it was not or hygienic for children. Agoda property listing criteria is very bad which I experienced in hotel Raja Lakshmi Mysore.

The location was excellent with easy transport options and walkability making it very convenient to get around. The property was spotless and the staff were friendly. Facilities are well maintained though hot water supply was inconsistent

Pathetic rooms : not maintained for the ages, switches and fans were not working, pillow and bedsheet not washed. Horrible service : literally you need to behind for everything, water bottle, bath towel and other things.. don't waste your money on this

The receptionist was very rude and cleanliness was not at all good.The rooms never looked like the one shown in the picture The beds were really bad and we were unable to sleep properly The behaviour of the receptionist was really bad and he even regretted giving us water bottles instead told they'll provide jugs a system which is outdated now a days.The rooms didn't have ac and we had to move our beds near to the ceiling fan to get some airTotally it was a stay never worth the price and will never recommend this place to anyone
