Disappointing Stay Experience

We are limited to using only one bucket of water because it takes an hour to fill just one bucket due to the very slow water flow, probably to save water for the environment. They use a cleaner to mop the floor, but it makes the floor very slippery, so you should always wear slippers and not walk barefoot. They claim breakfast is complimentary, but it is not. The quality of food at this hotel is very bad. Horrible.

Very Disappointing Stay

The rooms were nice, BUT THE HOTEL STAFF, PARTICULARLY THE RECEPTIONISTS, SEEMED INCOMPETENT. We extended our stay via BOOKING.COM, yet they kept bothering us for extra payment. They don't offer a breakfast buffet and the food provided is poor, which is disappointing if you're there for sports. In my view, THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND DESERVE -5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!
