We truly had a wonderful 2 day stay here . The property is beautifully done . You can see the owner's perspective of creating something unique and beautiful . Its just 2 year old property and the maintenance department isn't doing its job well . The tiles in the bathroom have begun to show signs of neglect.Also for the first time in a hotel , our bedsheet in (room#304) had holes . Another thing that can be added is refrigerator although we were happy to see the space under the tea table.Rest the restaurant serves good food .Chef Vinod Rawat served us pretty well with his specialities .One thing I found different rather absurd was the price we were charged for a chilli mango beverage named Jimmy.We were served the bottle itself which marked the price at ’110 and the charged amount was ’299 . If something goes to Andaman , the different price is mentioned for the island which I've seen in various beverages or even butter . I am going to bring that to clarification for sure

Although the property is only 2 years old, the maintenance team seems to be neglecting their duties, as the bathroom tiles are starting to show wear. For the first time in a hotel, our bedsheet in room 304 had holes. It would be nice if a refrigerator was provided, though we appreciated the space under the tea table. The restaurant offers good food, and Chef Vinod Rawat served us well with his specialties. One thing I found odd was the price charged for a chili mango drink called Jimmy. We were given the bottle, which was marked ₹110, but we were charged ₹299. Usually, when items go to Andaman, a different price for the island is indicated, as I've seen with other beverages or butter. I plan to seek clarification on this.

We recently stayed at Sea Hills Resort in Havelock and found our experience to be average overall. The resort is lovely and set in a nice location. We were given a room overlooking the pool, which was pleasant and enhanced the atmosphere. However, despite the attractive property, the maintenance standards left much to be desired. A major letdown was the state of the room when we arrived. The bedsheets looked old with visible black marks and hair, clearly not changed properly before our check-in. The pillow covers also had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they hadn’t been replaced in a long time. We informed the Front Office immediately and asked for fresh linen. The staff was responsive and quickly replaced the sheets and pillow covers while we watched. Although we appreciated their prompt action, such problems should not happen at all. Clean, fresh linen is a basic expectation, and used bedsheets should never be reused for new guests. The resort staff, particularly in the restaurant, were polite and provided good service throughout our stay. However, the restaurant’s food choices were quite limited. Given the resort’s location on Havelock Island in the Andamans, we were surprised by the scarcity of seafood options. Apart from Red Snapper, there were no prawns or other common seafood available during our visit, which was disappointing. We later found out the property is undergoing renovations, which might explain the limited menu. While we understand renovations can affect services, it would have been helpful if guests were informed about these restrictions before booking to set proper expectations. In summary, the stay was acceptable. The property is beautiful, the pool-view room was nice, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Yet, issues with maintenance, housekeeping, and limited food variety impacted our experience. With better focus on these areas, the resort could provide a much improved guest experience.
