Terrible staff was trying to open the door , check out was at 10 and they started knocking our door at 9:30 amThey did it twice we paid good price for it It was also not clean as well don’t recommend to anyone
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned — the bed and sofa looked untidy and unhygienic. The blanket provided was in very poor condition and caused itching when used, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort level were far below expectations. The management should take better care of room maintenance and ensure clean bedding and furniture for guests.
