I stayed there on 25th-26th Dec, room No 202.It is the worst hotel that I have ever seen.Staff behavior is worst. Breakfast was complementary and we had to wait 2 hrs for breakfast. I literally called 10+ times, and they stopped picking calls from room landline. Then I called via mobile, and after picking once, they started avoiding that too.After 2 hrs wait, 3rd class food was delivered. Stale and cold. Once I thought to leave without breakfast, but I wanted to see how low they can go to save a few rupees, so I waited and called them continously.Also, in morning, suddenly flush stopped working. Water in washroom was extremely harsh that my body started to itch. It was a horribe experience staying there.

Nothing much to say positive about this hotel, firstly the service of this hotel was not upto mark secondly the extra mattress provided in room was also very poor and hard. Washroom was not that good at all. There is lot to improve for this hotel. They don't even have there own kitchen for food preparation. They order the breakfast or menu items on your behalf to restraints.

The rooms of Hotel Shiv Palace are very clean and the service staff here behaves very well, along with this the manager Manoj ji's behavior is also very excellent and the hotel is located at a very good location, thank you.
