The first visit was during a friend's birthday celebration, and it was so memorable that we decided to come back. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay special, even providing a complimentary birthday cake, which was a lovely touch that made the event unforgettable. Before leaving after our first stay, we told the team about a particular room we really liked and hoped to stay in it next time. Recently, I had a brief one-night trip to Goa, and despite many lodging options, we chose Silva Heritage again because of the warmth, hospitality, and comfort we had experienced before. What impressed us most was that the team actually remembered us. They recognized us on arrival and recalled the specific room we admired previously. Even though we booked a different room category this time due to the short stay, the team kindly ensured we stayed in the room we loved. This kind of personalized service is rare and shows how much they value their guests. I want to especially mention Saloni, who made our stay even more special. She is wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and hospitality. Remembering us from before made us feel truly appreciated. She personally took care of our room arrangements and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are admirable. The team also thoughtfully provided complimentary tea and coffee in our room, which we appreciated. These small details make a stay memorable and distinguish Silva Heritage from many other places. The property itself is beautiful—a charming heritage retreat blending elegance, comfort, and peace. The architecture, atmosphere, pool, spa, and tranquil surroundings make it perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy South Goa's beauty and calm. What really makes Silva Heritage special is its people. A beautifully restored heritage venue, perfect for weddings, small events, and functions. The lawn is absolutely stunning. The rooms are named after Goan surnames, which is a really nice touch. Strongly recommended for destination weddings.
