Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and uncomfortable, especially as we were staying with family. We had booked the hotel for two days, but after staying for the first day, we had no electricity during the night. We contacted the staff and the owner regarding the issue, but instead of helping us, they responded by saying, “This is your problem. Why did you book here?” Their attitude was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The bathroom was also extremely small, with almost no ventilation, making it very uncomfortable to use. The approach road/pathway to the hotel was in very poor condition. At night, we encountered several intoxicated people lying around on the pathway, which made us feel unsafe with our family. Because of these issues, we decided to vacate the hotel immediately. Although we had booked for two days, we left after the first night and did not ask for any refund or money back. We simply wanted to leave the place and ensure our family’s safety and comfort. I would strongly recommend that families think carefully before booking this hotel. The lack of electricity, poor bathroom facilities, unsafe surroundings, difficult access, and especially the staff/owner’s attitude made this a very unpleasant experience.
