This has been a very bad experience. There are many mice in the room, and they are damaging my belongings. My bag has also been damaged. I have already changed two rooms, but the issue persists in all rooms. Additionally, the rooms are not being cleaned properly

This is one of the worst hotels I have booked through MakeMyTrip. Usually, MMT hotels are good, but this one was disappointing. The room had a lot of mosquitoes, hygiene was not maintained properly, there was no hot water, and early in the morning there was no water in the sink.

Disappointing Stay Conditions

Our stay in Hubballi was totally ruined by good online reviews of otherwise stinky and seepage clad rooms. We reached after 10 in night and needed 2 rooms for the night stay. They struggled hard to find a suitable room without seepage as it had been raining for some days. Somehow we got the room and slept with our own bedsheet since their sheets were not cleaned or replaced. The water in the bathroom didn't had any force as well. When complained, the response was that they are still renovating and things will be fixed but didn't reduce the price from 1400 per room. This review is from experience of stay on 9th August 2025. I would never recommend this stay to anyone for the cost vs services/facility factor.
