Excellent food
Naveen Residency has two separate buildings in the same property – one new and one very old – but this is never mentioned clearly at the time of booking. After I booked, they silently assigned me to the old building, where the room was extremely dated, poorly maintained, and not at all like the photos of the “new” side. Basic cleanliness was missing: the room felt dusty, the fixtures were worn out, and overall it did not feel hygienic for a family stay. When it rained, water got clogged right outside the door, so the entire entrance area was wet and dirty as soon as we stepped out. I find this practice of showing nicer rooms online and then putting guests in a much older block very misleading, and I would not recommend this place to other travelers, especially families with children.
