- Naveen Residency is old building and Hotel Naveen is new building.. there's a difference in everything. - we were in Residency, it has everything working well.- very safe place, CCTV works.- Excellent Swimming pool, 15 m long.. clean, not high on Chlorine.- Restaurant by the Pool is perfect for an candle light dinner. Hygienic, I liked their Pan-asian culinary (exceptional), had a chat with the Chef, obliged with our requirements, helped my kids with their specific request. Tandoori Lollipop was 4/5, Veg food was also very good. Drinks are priced in line with a 5* Hotel. Served nicely.- Got big screen for IPL (LED), not a projector, so it's amazing viewing.- Breakfast was included, was served in Hotel's other Restaurant...3 out 5, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Puri Bhaji were very good but the continental was not good, waffle was mediocre, Boiled eggs were very hard.- They can provide Packed water bottles in the rooms instead of RO in a glass bottle. The glasses can be covered in tissue or paper to give a feel that it's cleaned earlier. Overall, amazing location by the lake, extremely well behaved and hospitable attitude of personnel.
Pathetic customer service. Had to call for an hour multiple time to call for water bottles. Please expect budget room customer service experience after paying premium. I my self went to reception to get bottles. I did not extend my stay. Zero professionalism.
