This hotel had terrible service and awful staff, especially the manager. We booked for two days, but then the manager said the room rate would go up because the weekend was approaching, or we could cancel the booking. There were frequent power outages, and when we complained, the manager said, "At this price, this is what you get and you have to adjust." After the power went out, none of the charging sockets worked, and the manager told us to come to the office to charge our devices. Overall, the worst place, worst staff, worst experience, and the worst hotel in Goa.

We booked two rooms for two days, but after constant arguments with the owner and manager, who expected us to stay and adjust despite having paid, they only allowed us to stay one night. Eventually, after more arguments, they agreed to an early check-out. Due to safety concerns, we ended up staying in just one room, which was a complete waste of money. There were issues with water supply and electricity, making it a very bad experience overall. Do not trust the online photos and videos.

The experience was very disappointing. The manager's demeanor is pleasant only until you finalize the booking. After that, his attitude shifts, and he starts emphasizing terms and conditions. When we requested room cleaning, he said the staff was occupied and he couldn't compel them to clean. He mentioned rooms are cleaned only in the evening and that new guests get cleaning priority over current ones. The manager also charges much more than the usual rate for two-wheeler parking. Although we booked for six days, he later said the room rent would increase due to the upcoming weekend, suggesting we cancel if we didn't agree. If you complain too much, he warns, "Next time don't stay here." There were frequent power outages, and when we informed the manager, he said, "At this price, this is what you get."
