Sreevalsam Grande

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was tidy, cozy, and well kept. The reception staff stood out to me the most; they were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free, making me feel welcomed the entire time. Outstanding customer service and hospitality. I would certainly suggest this hotel and am eager to return.

The service was terrible, and the food was awful. I even found a dead lizard in the food that was served to me.

Room is nice and spacious, with a good atmosphere. Staff are polite and welcoming. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

We recently traveled to Gavi with friends and stayed at Sreevalsam Grande. Our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. A moustached gentleman managed our check-in and check-out very carefully. He was extremely friendly and always had a smile, and his excellent assistance made us feel very comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty and a wonderful start to our day. If you want a peaceful, cool stay with excellent service, I strongly suggest Sreevalsam Grande!

Additionally, the food was fantastic—tasty, rich in flavor, and served in generous portions by a polite dining staff.
