My experience at this hotel was extremely bad. I checked in to sleep at around 2:30 AM, but within just 20 minutes, the electricity went off and was not restored until 6:30 AM. I tried calling the reception multiple times throughout the night, but nobody answered my calls. I then contacted the reception through WhatsApp. Initially, my messages were delivered but ignored. After calling 4–5 times, the person appeared to turn off their internet connection, and my subsequent messages were not even delivered. There was absolutely no proper assistance available when I needed it the most. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were no basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, or shower gel. There was also no mosquito repellent machine, despite mosquitoes being present in the room, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the bathroom door had a disturbing and scary message written on it: “It's Fine, Now This Is the Beginning of Your End.” This was completely inappropriate and made the experience even more uncomfortable. I also contacted AbhiBus customer support regarding these issues, but I did not receive any satisfactory assistance from them either. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basic facilities, cleanliness, guest safety, and customer service were all disappointing. A hotel must provide electricity, a clean bathroom, basic toiletries, and responsive staff, especially when guests are staying overnight. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed seriously. I expect AbhiBus and the hotel management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action.
