Avoid this property unless you have zero other options in Vijayanagar.Room Condition: Checked in late around midnight after a wedding delay to find a completely unserviced room. The dustbin was full of previous guests' trash, pillow covers were dirty, the bed liner was used and tossed aside, and there were no towels.Service: The night receptionist was unhelpful and had no clue where basic fresh pillow covers was kept.Experience: I had to plead for two basic sheets and construct a makeshift bed and pillow just to get a few hours of sleep while counting down the minutes until morning check-out.Total lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality. Look elsewhere.
