Ok ok. Not matching to price, slow room service.
Good property with a great location, but maintenance can be improved.The property appears to be relatively new, and the rooms are spacious and good overall. The location is excellent, and the property has convenient parking, which was a big plus for us.However, I felt that cleanliness and maintenance need more attention. Despite the property being new, it did not seem to be thoroughly maintained. There was visible dust on the bed headboard and floor, and I checked another room and noticed similar issues.Another negative was that hot water was not available in the evening, which was inconvenient for us. The bathroom amenities could also be improved.Breakfast was okay, but the quantity was limited. On the first day, it was okay but on the second day, we had to request additional food as what was served wasn’t enough. To their credit, the staff did arrange more food when we asked.Overall, it is a good property with excellent location and parking. With better housekeeping, regular maintenance, improved bathroom amenities and a more generous breakfast service, this could become a really good property.
I had booked at The S V Grand for 24th and 25th September and stayed at room 3013.I found the hotel extremely pleasant and very convenient since it was close to both bus stand and railway station. Most importantly, I found the ladies at the reception extremely professional and courteous. I've only 3 suggestions which could improve customer experience Provide a shaving kitPut a water proof curtain to separate bathroom from toilet area so that water doesn't spill that sidePut a soap stand to keep the bar soap. Else provide soap and shampoo gel in a dispenser
