Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taj Resort, Goa, and a big part of that was because of Mr.Dheeraj and Mr.Yash. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout our stay.They made sure every little detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. It’s rare to come across such genuine service with a constant smile.Thank you, Dheeraj and Yash, for making our time at Taj so memorable. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The property is decent and has a nice setting, but this time we really missed the signature Taj warmth and attention to detail that usually makes their stays special. From the welcome experience through the overall service during our stay, things felt somewhat underwhelming and below the usual Taj standards.Having experienced other Taj resorts, this one didn’t quite deliver the same level of hospitality. I would recommend Taj Bekal instead for a more complete and memorable Taj experience.

We had a very mixed experience at the Taj. The first day, the service we had was terrible. The rooms are ok, but the bathroom could be renovated. But over the course our stay, things improved. Particularly our experience at the Banyan Tree and the Beach House were great! Awadh at the Beach House stands out. His service was flawless and we had a fantastic evening!

Our stay at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. The property is absolutely beautiful and truly captures an authentic Goan vibe. From the charming Portuguese style cottages to the lush greenery spread all across the resort, every corner feels serene and thoughtfully designed. Waking up surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscapes made the entire experience feel like a peaceful escape.One of my favorite things about the resort is the direct beach access. Being able to walk straight onto the beach whenever we wanted was such a luxury, and the private beach beds made it even more special. It felt exclusive, relaxing, and perfectly curated for comfort.The property itself is extremely clean and well-maintained. You can really see the attention to detail in every aspect from the rooms to the pathways to the common areas. There are also so many activities organized daily, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Whether you want to relax or stay active, there’s always something to do.Most importantly, the hospitality was outstanding. The entire team was warm and welcoming, but a special mention to Drisha, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and her genuine warmth made our experience even more memorable.If you’re looking for a luxurious yet authentic Goan getaway with incredible service, beautiful surroundings, and the perfect beachside setting, this is the place to be. can’t wait to come back!

We recently stayed at Taj Holiday Village with our infant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing considering the brand expectations.The buggy service was unreliable’on multiple occasions it never came, and we had to walk long distances carrying our baby. There were a lot of mosquitoes outside our villa, which made stepping out uncomfortable, especially with an infant.We repeatedly requested 6’7 water bottles daily as we needed extra water to prepare milk for our baby. However, only four bottles were provided each time. When we called for additional bottles, it took hours to arrive, and once they didn’t arrive at all.The most frustrating part was the phone service. The guest service button in the room was not working, and reaching housekeeping or concierge was extremely difficult. Calls took 5’10 minutes just to be picked up, and after placing a request, it often took 40’50 minutes for things to be delivered. This lack of responsiveness is especially stressful when travelling with a baby.On the positive side, room service was good, and we genuinely enjoyed the food at the restaurants.Overall, this stay did not live up to the Taj experience we were expecting, particularly for families travelling with infants. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves service responsiveness and guest comfort.
