The property has a lot going for it—the building is impressive, the interiors are well-designed, and the food was both delicious and nutritious. However, our stay ended up being quite average due to service oversights and unreliable Wi-Fi.Upon check-in, both of our rooms had a strong cigarette odor. Instead of resolving the issue thoroughly, the staff attempted to mask it with a heavy air freshener, which made the smell worse and required us to request a room change. Additionally, mobile coverage in the area was weak, and the hotel Wi-Fi was inconsistent, requiring a technician to reset the router twice (including once at 10:00 PM).While the facilities and food are wonderful, there is clear room for improvement in service attention and internet connectivity to match the overall potential of the hotel.
We had an amazing stay at TGI Redolent (Kushalnagar). Our stay was of 3 nights. The staff was highly polite and helpful. The food was great. We also had booked spa services which were relaxing, especially after sightseeing.
