Bad experience on call for booking manager govindo says different price and lady receptionist says different they are not ethical specially the manageI am with my family to attend a programme after that late I was trying to book two room they were not polite aggresevly process the hole thing kindly check them on if you are required any thing of all the voice record just a pathitic exprienceThey are not good for your hospitality

Had a bad experience while calling to book. Manager Govindo quoted one price, but the lady receptionist gave a different one. They seem unethical, especially the manager. I was with my family for a program and later tried to book two rooms, but they handled it rudely and aggressively. Please look into this; I have all the voice recordings. Overall, a pathetic experience. Their hospitality is not good.
