The Claire Hotel

Very bad experience.. the service is very poor. They started drilling in their pantry in the middle of the night and did not stop even after the whole hotel woke up and pleaded with them.

The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The service of the hotel is very good. The best part was however, the buffet breakfast. They change food items every day and there's a wide variety of food to choose from. I loved it. The bathroom shower was however not proper. It gave either too hot water or mild warm water. Please install in-room geysers to improve experience.

If you want to rate a hotel you need to have a long stay at that hotel. Booked this hotel for 14 days for business purpose.Requested room service team to serve the breakfast in my room, the person on the other side of the call first denied it and when I said that I am not well he agreed to serve it in my room.I waited for 2 hours for the breakfast but neither breakfast nor any update came.Finally i called room service and they arrogantly denied to serve food in room. When i asked them to give me manager's number they started calling me multiple times apologising for the same.I don't know how this hotel has 3 star rating, the service is pathetic. They just know to Apologize, and again be ignorant in their guest requests.Ubaid who called himself front office manager called saying that my order was delivered to some other room due to some error from his staff's end which i believe is a story to cover their ignorance and arrogance.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for long stay.
