I am giving one star coz 0.5 is not an option. Unfortunately, my stay at this property was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.The washrooms were in poor condition, with broken toiletries, and the water for bathing was frequently cold, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable. In the room, several cups were broken and the dishes provided were dirty, raising serious concerns about cleanliness.The breakfast experience was also underwhelming, as the restaurant menu had very limited options. Additionally, dust was noticeable in many places ’ inside the cupboard, on the bed, and on other surfaces ’ which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.Overall, the lack of hygiene, maintenance issues, and limited amenities significantly affected my stay. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and facilities for future guests.

Very well equipped hall with all amenities to organize official meeting of any organisation having capacity of around 100 pax. Food and snacks arrangements are also made on request and preparation is very good.

The whole point people choose this is due to it’s location, I stayed there for a night as I was in Pune for business meet, terrible experience.on arrival at late evening went for bath and no towel in bathroom and it did arrived after calling service for three times.morning no hot water was available (it was beginning of winters), their staff came with all their footwear on in room which made my room terrible(shared pics of same) and then I was offered hot water in bucket and still staff was not ready to talk, every time answer was ’speak downstairs’ and bucket was kept at the door this time.Poor hospitality and services.

Very unwelcoming hotel and definitely not welcome for foreigner. Agoda accepted our payment and we reached the hotel’ I was once never felt so discriminated before ’ she the front desk ask us to check the fine print and later upon our request, she shown us the property rules from her handphone. Disbelieved no foreigner allowed in this propert ’’

Worst nightmare I have ever got. Don't visit here. There lift is not well maintained. On 5/9/25 Literally I got stuck in a lift for almost 2 hrs. I somehow managed to keep me calm but how can any old age person can survive if this happened.
