Way higher on price. Add 2000 more and u can get 5* hotel pride at 7k. Which I booked.Price that was offered to me, i did not find it worth. Location is good, but parking can be the issue.

Google Review for Faber Consulting Banquet Hall Experience:Training Event on January 1st, 2026 - Multiple Issues Need Attention :We booked the banquet hall at this venue for a corporate training session (COPILOT Orientation with MS Office) on January 1st, 2026, with approximately 35 attendees. While we appreciated the effort, several significant issues impacted our experience and need immediate attention from management.What Worked:Table arrangements were well-organized and appropriate for our training needsThe booking process was smoothMajor Concerns:Air Conditioning: The banquet hall AC was not functioning properly throughout our event. With 35 people in an enclosed space during a full-day training session, this made the environment quite uncomfortable and affected the overall experience.Food Service: While assorted Indian breads were prepared, they were never actually served . The overall food variety was limited and disappointing for a professional corporate event. Dessert options were particularly sparse and could have been much better.Hygiene: With 35+ attendees, the washrooms required more frequent cleaning and maintenance. The cleanliness standards did not meet expectations for a corporate venue.Infrastructure Issues:One of the lifts was out of order, causing significant delays and inconvenience for attendees moving between floorsParking facilities were grossly insufficient for our group size, causing frustration at the start and end of our eventRecommendation:For a venue hosting corporate events, these basic amenities need to be in working order. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Until these concerns are resolved, I would hesitate to recommend this venue for professional gatherings.The venue has potential, but attention to maintenance, food quality, and guest comfort is essential.

I am giving one star coz 0.5 is not an option. Unfortunately, my stay at this property was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.The washrooms were in poor condition, with broken toiletries, and the water for bathing was frequently cold, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable. In the room, several cups were broken and the dishes provided were dirty, raising serious concerns about cleanliness.The breakfast experience was also underwhelming, as the restaurant menu had very limited options. Additionally, dust was noticeable in many places ’ inside the cupboard, on the bed, and on other surfaces ’ which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.Overall, the lack of hygiene, maintenance issues, and limited amenities significantly affected my stay. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and facilities for future guests.
