Washroom doesn't have proper amenities. No toiletries. No service support
This was a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the ₹2,900 charged. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this one needs to be shared. We checked in around 1:00 AM and left by 2:00 PM the same day, yet were billed for 1.5 days, which felt unfair since the billing details were not made clear beforehand. The room was average, but the basic amenities were lacking. The key card kept malfunctioning, forcing us to call reception each time we came back outside and wait for help, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom had issues too—the jet spray didn't work and the sink tap was so stiff it was hard to use. These maintenance problems should have been fixed before we arrived. Also, breakfast was not included in the ₹2,900 cost. Given the price, we expected at least basic comfort, ease, and decent service, but instead we faced avoidable problems and had to repeatedly contact reception. Paying ₹2,900 for this experience is not justified. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, considers a partial refund or compensation, and fixes these issues so future guests don't face the same problems. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this stay.
