Had a terrible experience, definitely not worth 2800 per night in Hinjewadi area. Service was bad. Breakfast food quality was below expectations. The cot and especially the mattress felt like they were 10 years old. Woke up with body pain all over.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026It saddens me to write a negative review about this hotel, but I was very unhappy with the hospitality during my week-long stay arranged by my company. Although Google reviews rate it as a 3-star hotel, the staff did not uphold those standards or live up to the reviews. The major issues I encountered include: 1. No daily housekeeping. 2. Mosquitoes everywhere causing sleepless nights. 3. Torn bedsheets and towels. 4. Water was not available 24/7. 5. Problems with hot water in the bathroom. 6. Drinking water was only given when requested, not regularly. 7. Services were frequently delayed. 8. Complimentary breakfast was poor quality and often cold. 9. Had to call reception multiple times for housekeeping and bottled water. 10. Repeated calls to the restaurant for plates and cutlery, which arrived after 7-8 hours. 11. Their restaurant, Spice Nation, charges double plus GST for bottled water. I would never recommend this hotel to family, friends, or relatives. Our company booked this hotel to provide a smooth transition for employees traveling from other cities, but the experience was a nightmare. I will share this feedback with my company and suggest ending the partnership with this hotel. Extremely disappointed and not suitable for corporate stays.
