Feedback:The basic amenities in the room were not properly checked before allocating the room to the customer.* The wash basin tap is broken.* The toilet water jet pipe is leaking.* The bathing shower is not working properly.* The interior of the dressing cupboard is damaged.These are basic room facilities and should have been inspected and rectified before assigning the room to a guest. It certainly doesn’t require any “rocket science” or special expertise—just a basic room inspection and maintenance check.I request the management to ensure that rooms are properly inspected and all basic facilities are in working condition before handing them over to customers.
