Hotel Orchard

The staff was irresponsible; I was scheduled to check out at 5:00 AM on October 4, 2026, and obtaining the bill then would have been difficult due to the rush to catch a morning train. Although I had requested that the bill be prepared around 9:00 PM on October 3, I was assured that it would be provided in the morning without any hassle or delay. However, when I asked for the bill the next morning, the staff on duty stated that it would only be available after 10:00 AM—when the person responsible for generating bills arrived—and promised to send it to my WhatsApp instead. It was not sent. I finally received the bill via WhatsApp after calling the hotel on October 5, 2026, only to find that my mobile number and email ID were incorrect, and my address was missing.

Excellent service

The rooms were very poor and the washrooms were unclean. We stayed there during a trip hoping for a good night's sleep based on their website, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. They advertised free breakfast, but when I asked at the reception, they said it depends. In the morning, there was almost nothing for breakfast except some bread and papaya, which we had to ask for, and the papaya was unripe. I do not recommend staying at this awful place.

Disappointing experience. The resort claims to have an excellent swimming pool and high-quality facilities, but what we found was very different from the pictures. Our room was dirty and not well cleaned. Breakfast was lacking, with many items unavailable when we arrived. Overall, the management did not meet expectations. The service was very disappointing and not worth the cost.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire travel life; we just paid and got nothing in return for what we paid for 😡😡
